2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA notice with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our site
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Response and Removal

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the content uploader (if applicable)
• Allow them to submit a counter-notification if they believe the claim is in error

We reserve the right to terminate users who are repeat infringers in accordance with our internal policies.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• The URL or reference to the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your legal district
• Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
